Dynoteg tooth belt pulley kit for kart engine dyno

Tooth belt pulley kit for testing Rotax Max, Vortex ROK and IAME X30 + KA100 Kart engines on a kart engine dyno test bench.

The front sprocket fits on the original Rotax Max, Vortex ROK or IAME X30 + KA100 kart clutch drum (kit comes without clutch drum).

This tooth belt pulley kit has been developed to test a Rotax Max, Vortex ROK or IAME X30 + KA100 kart engine on the dyno with a tooth belt instead of a chain. This has several benefits:

-very constant and repeatable measurements (resistance of tooth belt is very constant)

-hardly any wear (very long life time)

-no dirt for chain grease

-big cost savings (pulley and belt have a very long life time)

-less noise

Technical data Iame X30 + KA100 Kart dyno test bench tooth belt pulley kit:

-Ratio: 5,6

-center to center distance crankshaft - dyno axle (Iame X30 + KA100): 267 mm

-center to center distance crankshaft - dyno axle (Rotax Max and Vortex ROK): 227 mm

Kit contents:

-Steel front tooth belt pulley/sprocket

-Aluminum rear tooth belt pulley/sprocket (diameter 285mm)
